  1. In this Dialog-box you can enter your entries. More
  2. informations to this box, you get in chapter 5.2 of the
  3. description.

  5. Additionally to the normal keys of a dialog-box you can
  6. close this box with <ESC>. The <RETURN>-key (on the
  7. numeric-keyboard, too) has two different functions. At
  8. first it works like the <TAB> key. The "Enter" button will
  9. be framed simple. If you are in the text-field, this
  10. button is framed double. Now the <RETURN> key enter the
  11. new entry.

  13. The Dialog box doesn¬¥t close after inserting a new account.
  14. So you can enter some new accounts, one by one. If you 
  15. activate the little field in front of√ãering-fields, you 
  16. can take over the value of this field to the next entry.

  18. You can close the box by using the "Cancel" button. All values
  19. which stay in the mask will be deleted in this moment.

  21. Here are the principels of accounting:

  23. 1.  Booking to a Profit and Loss Account
  24.     - Expense will be entered on debit
  25.     - Revenue will be entered on credit
  26.  
  27. 2.  Booking to an Inventory Account
  28.     - If you get money, you enter it on debit
  29.     - If you spend money, you enter it on credit
